Ralph Anthony is a New York City-based comedian. A high energy goofball with lots to say, his material is primarily derived from his own unique life stories and observations. As a matter of fact, Ralph hasn’t stopped making people laugh since he was deemed “the Mouth” by his childhood friends in upstate New York.
Even though the world has changed from his younger days, Anthony's keen point of view, and his likability continues to connect him with more people than ever.
He’s performed on top shows in London at the Comedy Store, Angel Comedy, the Bill Murray and in Paris at Cafe Oscar and the Comedy Lab. Anthony’s on stage at many prestigious clubs in New York City, such as West Side Comedy Club, New York Comedy Club, Standup New York and Comic Strip Live.
Credits include the New York Underground Comedy Festival, DC Comedy Festival, North Carolina Comedy Festival, the World Series of Comedy, 5th Borough Comedy Festival and the New York Comedy Festival. He’s a featured headliner for Bonkerz Comedy Clubs and headlined Caroline’s, formerly on Broadway.
A comedy club headliner, Ralph has also featured with Tom Cotter, Tony Woods, Joe Machi, Gianmarco Soresi, K-Von, Vic Dibitetto, Eric D’Alessandro, Becky Robinson and Maija DiGiorgio.
Ralph is a trained actor at the Maggie Flanigan Studio where he studied the Meisner technique. This allowed him to get on his impulses and act instinctively rather than just playing part of a character.
He’s written for YouTube’s parody news show, 2nd Hand News and been a contributing writer for Netflix Canada, Sirius XM and ESPN.
In February 2023, Anthony dropped his debut album, 40 for 40, on all streaming platforms.
"Unmasking the Mic," Ralph’s streaming podcast available on Apple, Spotify and YouTube, features guest comics who discuss how therapy has helped them navigate their lives on and off stage.
